Step-by-Step Mixing Instructions
- Wash hands thoroughly before handling vials or syringes
- Wipe both vial tops (tirzepatide powder and BAC water) with an alcohol swab and let dry
- Draw your target amount of BAC water into a syringe
- Inject the BAC water slowly down the side of the tirzepatide vial — do not spray directly onto the powder
- Do not shake — gently swirl until the powder is fully dissolved
- The solution should be clear and colorless — discard if cloudy or particulate
- Label your vial with the date mixed and concentration
- Refrigerate immediately
⚠ Always use bacteriostatic water — not sterile water for injection. Bacteriostatic water contains benzyl alcohol which prevents bacterial growth and extends the vial's beyond-use date.
